Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

I was on a strict one pairing per fandom path, I thought I was doing fine with DeiSaku fettish and reading a splash of Yaoi (SasuNaru, what else? XD), crack, and KisaSaku (for the fun of it, all poor Kisame gets is Itachi. XD) every now and then, but guys I think I have 2 pairings for Naruto now, and my second one is... *sob*

I also had a dream that Nick (a guy in school) and I got eaten by velociraptors. It was cool. C: (This was probably created by me reading Jurassic Park [by Micheal Crichton] when I was dead tired)

Also my friend Aniela had a dream about zombie dinosaurs. Guys: This is what girls talk about in the locker room, if your curious. XD Really, it is. XD
